We aim to deliver high‑quality digital marketing and website services. This policy explains how refunds are handled.
 
Website design & setup (one‑time projects)
For website builds, redesigns, or one‑time setup services:
  • A non‑refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Once design work has started or a draft website has been delivered, payments already made are generally non‑refundable, as time and resources have been used.
  • If you decide to cancel before we start any work, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Specific details will be included in your proposal or agreement.
 
Monthly marketing packages
Monthly services (such as SEO, Google Business optimization, social media management, or ongoing support):
  • Are usually billed monthly in advance.
  • Payments for the current billing period are non‑refundable once work for that period has started.
  • You may cancel future months by giving notice as described in your agreement (for example, 14 or 30 days before the next billing date).
 
Results and expectations
We work hard to improve your visibility, branding, and customer flow, but we cannot guarantee specific results (for example, a certain number of leads or sales), because outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
